Does a song pack expire?
Purchased song-pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits, when offered, are different and expire monthly.
What happens if generation fails?
Any song credits charged for a confirmed technical generation failure are restored automatically. A credit return is different from a card refund. See the refund policy for payment requests.
What do I receive?
Rap Video is $9.99 for a 15-second performance, the full MP3, a lyric card, share and gift links, and one free video redo. Song only is $5.99.
How long will the video take?
After the audio preview and payment, video usually takes around 5–8 minutes. A queue or duo performance can take longer. Follow progress on your delivery page; we email when it is ready.
What photos can I use?
Use a clear photo with permission from everyone shown. Performers must be adults; no celebrities or public figures. Duo photos need two people side by side. Private uploads are deleted after seven days.
