Failed generation returns credits

A confirmed technical failure restores any song credits charged for that generation automatically. A failed free preview does not create a payment refund because no payment was taken. Provider costs and anti-abuse quota reservations can still be consumed by a failed request; a credit return does not reset the daily preview budget.

A request whose provider outcome is unknown is held for checking. Refresh or check progress rather than submitting it again. If it remains unresolved, contact support with its page link. We do not mark an unknown request successful or charge a second time simply because a browser disconnected.

One free re-sing

Each unlocked song includes one free full re-sing of the same lyrics, with an optional pronunciation correction. Use it if a name sounds wrong or you are not satisfied with the performance. It is not a one-word audio edit and may change the voice, beat or delivery. Your existing recording stays available until a replacement succeeds.

If that re-sing has a confirmed technical failure, its allowance is restored. An unknown result keeps its claim until it can be reconciled. A successfully completed re-sing uses the allowance even if you prefer the original. Listen to the free preview and review your words before unlocking.

Credits are not a card refund

Returning a song credit changes your usable balance. It does not automatically reverse a Stripe payment. For a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, inaccessible purchased output or another payment problem, contact support with the order reference and a short explanation. Do not email card details. We review the transaction and applicable consumer rights before deciding the appropriate remedy.

We do not promise a blanket satisfaction refund or a fixed response time. Successful delivery does not remove rights you have under mandatory law. If a payment refund is approved, future access to the related delivered songs and unused purchased credits may be revoked. Already downloaded files cannot be remotely recalled.

Packs, subscriptions and unavailable products

Unused purchased pack credits do not expire. Subscription allowances, when offered, expire monthly and are issued by month even with annual billing. Cancellation and a refund are different actions: cancellation stops a future renewal; a refund concerns a completed payment and must be reviewed separately.

A confirmed failed video task returns the video credit automatically. If a song was already delivered as part of a bundle, its song credit remains used. A credit return is not a card refund; contact support to discuss a payment refund. No money is collected for a plan marked Coming soon or its waitlist.
