What personal song purchases allow, which uses need commercial rights, and what AI music licensing does not guarantee.

Personal sharing is different from commercial use
A Song or song-pack purchase covers personal, noncommercial use of the unlocked output. Commercial Creator and Studio plans are Coming soon. An upstream model’s commercial-use label does not automatically give every RapSong plan a commercial license.

What the permission covers
The personal license applies to the delivered generated song: lyrics we generate, generated backing music and AI vocals, along with your lyric card. You keep any pre-existing rights you have in your own submitted lyrics. We cannot give permission for copyrighted lyrics, samples, logos, personal likenesses or other third-party material you supply without permission.
A paid Rap Video or Video Pack permits personal, noncommercial sharing and gifting of the delivered MP4 and MP3. Creator and Studio add commercial use subject to these restrictions. Obtain rights and consent for every uploaded photo; no minors or public figures may be performers. Public demo videos feature fictional people and are examples, not stock files licensed for redistribution.
What no AI license can promise
Permission to use an output is not a promise of exclusive or enforceable copyright. Other users can receive similar music, and laws and platform policies differ. A distributor may have additional rules about AI content, duplicate recordings, disclosure or rights evidence. Do not enroll content in an exclusive rights-management system unless you actually hold the necessary rights and the platform accepts it.
RapSong does not offer artist imitation or voice cloning. If you add your own image, recording, sample or lyrics in another editor, clear those rights separately. Do not present a fictional AI performance as a real person’s endorsement or authentic statement.
Where these permissions come from
Our music workflow uses MiniMax Music 2.6 through fal, which is labeled for commercial use. fal’s API terms permit integrated applications for end users subject to protective terms and lawful use. MiniMax’s Open Platform terms are distinct from its consumer audio terms. These sources do not waive third-party rights or guarantee uniqueness.
