Acceptance and eligibility

By using RapSong you agree to these terms and the Content Policy. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law.

Your inputs and permissions

You keep the rights you already hold in your inputs. Give us and the providers needed to operate the service permission to process those inputs and generate, store and deliver the requested output. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for lyrics, names, personal details and any other material you supply. Do not submit confidential information you cannot lawfully share.

You must not impersonate another person, request an artist or voice clone, submit infringing lyrics, harass people, or generate illegal, hateful, exploitative or deceptive material. Do not reverse engineer models, defeat safety controls, evade quotas, automate abuse or expose or resell underlying provider APIs. Access is to the RapSong creative workflow and its permitted outputs, not to provider credentials or model technology.

AI limitations and review

Songs and lyric drafts are AI-generated. Outputs may contain errors, unwanted additions or omissions and may resemble other outputs. Name hints, style selections, timing estimates and lyric checks are aids, not guarantees. Review the entire recording before sharing or relying on it. A generated voice is not the subject’s own voice. Do not misrepresent AI-generated media as a real person’s authentic performance.

The service may moderate or refuse content, suspend abusive access and remove material reasonably believed to violate these terms or third-party rights. Safety checks are not a guarantee that every harmful result will be caught. You remain responsible for how you use and distribute a result.

Output permissions

A paid Song, Rap Video or pack permits personal, noncommercial use and gifting of its delivered files, subject to your input rights and these terms. Active Creator and Studio plans include commercial use. Read Usage Rights before monetizing, advertising or distributing through a music service.

No exclusive copyright, uniqueness, trademark clearance or platform acceptance is promised. Any rights we grant cover only rights we can grant. They do not clear third-party material you introduce. You may not sublicense the underlying AI service or claim ownership of provider software, models or trademarks.

Provider conditions

Our music workflow integrates fal and MiniMax. You agree to use AI features and output lawfully and without infringing rights, and to respect the restrictions described here. Relevant sources are fal API Services, fal Terms, fal Acceptable Use Policy, and MiniMax Open Platform terms.

Providers retain their technology and intellectual property. The service and output are supplied without a guarantee of correctness, uniqueness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. These protections extend to our upstream service providers. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. You may not use the integration to gain direct API access, develop abusive activity or circumvent provider restrictions.

Pricing, credits and delivery

The checkout price and Pricing page govern a purchase. Free writing and previews have abuse limits and availability caps. Preview audio contains audible cues; a full unlock provides the existing complete recording. Song credits and video credits are separate. Purchased packs do not expire. Subscription credits are issued monthly, expire at the monthly boundary and are used before permanent packs; annual billing does not grant a full year’s allowance immediately.

One free full re-sing is included per unlocked song. Confirmed technical failures restore any credits charged. Unknown provider outcomes are checked before a retry to avoid duplicate charges. See Refund Policy for the difference between a credit return and a payment refund. A waitlist does not take payment or reserve a production slot.

Accounts, links and disputes

Keep account access secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. A gift or share link can be opened by anyone who has it. Do not use those links to publish private information without permission. We cannot retract copies another person has already downloaded.

Contact support first with a specific problem, relevant link and order reference. Applicable mandatory law controls rights that cannot be waived. We may update terms for product or legal changes and will show the revised date. Material changes will not silently remove rights attached to an already completed purchase.

For privacy, refunds, rights complaints or other questions about RapSong, email support@rapsong.ai. Include the relevant order or page link; never send a password or payment-card number.

Photo-to-video service

A Rap Video combines a short photo performance and a full AI-generated song. You authorize RapSong and its processing providers to process your photo and song for this request, and confirm the rights and consent required by our content policy. Do not upload minors or public figures. There is no voice cloning.

AI video can have lip-sync, identity, gesture or continuity errors. Duo clips are generated in successive turns and may show brief overlap. A confirmed generation failure returns the spent video credit. One successful video can be remade once at its original length without another video credit; it is not a guarantee of a particular artistic result.
